The findings support the growing field of cancer chronotherapy, which aligns treatment with the body’s natural circadian rhythm to improve effectiveness and reduce side effects. Although the results are promising, experts emphasize that larger clinical trials are needed before treatment timing becomes a standard part of personalized cancer care.
